In the year 2018, I found my purpose in life after starting a new job and a new life chapter in a little cheese deli based at Borough Market. By barely knowing I had such a passion for real cheese, I worked unconditionally almost every day, and the deli became my temple.

From back then till today, the journey has been remarkable, with many achievements in the cheese industry, both for me and the shop, which was voted ,,Best Cheesemonger of the year" three years in a row by the Society of Slow Food UK.

The aim is to operate a business that upholds the core values of

Slow Food: GOOD, CLEAN, & FAIR.
